Lundberg Family Farms isn’t just the name of a business, it’s the name of a real family that owns and runs real organic rice farms on their land in Northern California. And well, they’re not like most other families. They’re quirky, offbeat and always up for a good time. But most of all, they’re 100% committed to not just making the best, most eco-friendly rice on the planet, but to preserving their land and the wildlife that lives on it.

So when we found out that they actually rescue baby ducks in their fields by actually hand carrying them to safety, it seemed like just the thing to talk about. And just to keep it from getting too overly cutesy, we made a duck pun that pushes the boundaries of good taste.
